Fast-paced, high-energy indoor lacrosse for boys and girls in grades 2–6. Small-sided, sticks only, and non-stop action — every kid involved every possession, every session.
Serious Lacrosse. Serious Development. Serious Fun.
Charge 3v3
Traditional practices leave players standing in lines waiting for reps. The 3v3 format flips that entirely — every player is constantly moving, making reads and decisions at game speed. It's the fastest way to build real lacrosse IQ — and have fun doing it.
More Touches
Every player involved on every possession — no waiting, no lines.
Faster Decisions
Less space creates quicker reads and sharper reactions under pressure.
Real Game Situations
Skills built in situations that directly transfer to the full-field game.
The Format
Charge 3v3 is indoor 3v3 lacrosse built for kids who want to play, not stand in lines. Three teams of 5–6 players rotate through round-robin games in a fast, high-touch format where every kid is involved every single possession.
No pads. No goalie. Just sticks, energy, and a lot of lacrosse. Sessions are split by grade level with separate sessions for both boys and girls.

The Coach
Founder & Head Coach
Jimmy is a Long Island native and three-sport high school athlete who went on to play Division I lacrosse at Princeton University. Coaching his son's Wantagh PAL team, he kept noticing the same thing — reps are limited in practice, and some kids go entire games without touching the ball. The natural next step is travel lacrosse, but the cost and year-round commitment puts it out of reach for a lot of families. As a father of five, he started Charge to build the program he wished existed for his own kids: affordable, accessible, and fun enough that kids actually want to keep playing. Because kids who love the game keep their sticks in their hands — and that's when they get better.
